Girls and the Science Museum

Before we left on our fall trip, we took the girls on a  trip to the Science Museum.

Gracie's favorite part of the day was learning to ride a Segway.  In fact she had so much fun that she rode it five times!  She even learned how to ride it on the obstacle course.  Way to go, Gracie!!!

We all agreed that this was a fun day.  Two girls slept all the way home.

Quick Trip to Lake Keystone to Try Out the Satellite

On October 23rd, we headed out to New Mannford Ramp at Lake Keystone.  A few days before this we purchased a satellite for the motorhome and Bill was anxious to try it out.

Isn't he cute?  I call him the Alien.  He beeps and burrs along with the best.  Noisy little fellow....

After several false starts, we finally had a satellite connection.  Just think - all these TV stations - just like at home. Hey, we think we can get used to this life on wheels!

Bill spent some time fishing....

and I spent some time taking pictures of the trees that were beginning to get their fall colors.
