Cedar Rail RV Park, Raton Pass, New Mexico

Cedar Rail RV Park is located on the top of Raton Pass on the New Mexico/Colorado border. Elevation is 7835 feet. It's a small park with incredible views. Very little grass and mostly gravel with level sites. This is my favorite place to stay when we travel through this area.
Looking down at Interstate 25.

Texoma Park, Dumas Texas

We spent the first night out after leaving Oklahoma at Texoma Park in Dumas, Texas. This is located at a city park in Dumas and overnight camping is free. It is a big parking lot with 20 electric pedestals with 30/50 amps located next to a nice park.
This is the second time that we have spent a night at this park. Last time it was in September and by 4:00 that afternoon the park was full. This time only about half of the spaces were occupied. We were the last to leave in the morning. Lots of early risers!
